TERMS & CONDITIONS: By enrolling, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions as set out in this Workshop Confirmation. Please take time to read them carefully. 

 

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY:  

  • A non-refundable administrative fee of $50.00/child is required to secure your child/rens place at our Workshop.  

  • If booking your child/ren 14 days prior to the commencement of a Workshop, fees are to be paid in full.   

  • We do not refund/credit/transfer any money paid on change of mind situations.  

  • Artz on Show (AOS) will transfer a child/ren once only from a Workshop to a future Workshop.  

  • The early-bird 10% discount is only applicable to students attending a full week Workshop, this includes any Workshop which is shorter in length due to public holidays.  

  • No transfer of payment from one sibling to another sibling is accepted seven days before the commencement of a Workshop. 

  • Artz on Show reserves the right to terminate or cancel this agreement and remove a child from the Workshop for any reason, if at any time it believes that any child or parent or guardian of that child behaves in a manner that, in its sole discretion, AOS believes is inappropriate, disruptive or intimidating in any manner. AOS does not need to give reasons for any such termination and will not refund Workshop fees. 

Cancellation of Booking 

  • Cancellation before seven days of a Workshop is subject to a refund less the administrative $50.00 fee. 

  • Cancellation before seven days of a Workshop is subject to a transfer, however the administrative fee of $50.00 is non-transferrable, only the balance of any payment.  

Cancellation of Booking due to Sickness 

  • If a child is sick and we have seven days’ notice, we will transfer your payment to the following Workshop, however the administrative fee of $50.00 is non-refundable, only the balance of any payment is transferrable. 

  • If a child is sick and we are notified in writing up until midnight the night before the Workshop, we will transfer any payment, excluding the non-refundable administrative fee amount.  

  • If a child is sick and we are informed on the day of the Workshop or throughout the week of the Workshop, no refund or transfer is given.  

  • If a child is sick and only attends part of a week, no refund/credit/transfer of balance is given on the days not attending.  

Cancellation of Workshops 

  • We reserve the right to cancel or postpone Workshops.   

  • If in the event of the COVID-19 pandemic or similar, we will automatically transfer your child/rens enrolment to the following school holiday Workshop.   

 

HEALTH, SAFETY & PARTICIPATION 

By submitting this enrolment, I acknowledge that participation in Artz On Show Workshops involves physical movement and group activities that carry an inherent risk of injury. 
I confirm that my child is medically and physically fit to participate and that I have disclosed all relevant medical conditions, allergies, learning needs, or behavioural considerations on the enrolment form. 
I understand that Artz On Show will take all reasonable steps to provide a safe and supportive environment. However, I accept that accidents may occur and agree that Artz On Show, its owners, staff, contractors, volunteers, and venue providers will not be held liable for injury, loss, or damage except where caused by proven negligence or where liability cannot be excluded by law. 
I consent to my child participating in Workshop activities and authorise staff to administer basic first aid and seek medical treatment if required. I understand every reasonable attempt will be made to contact a parent/caregiver. Any related medical or associated costs remain my responsibility. 

 

CHILD WELFARE & WORKSHOP EXPECTATIONS 

The safety and wellbeing of all participants is a priority. Appropriate supervision ratios are maintained and Workshop rules and expectations are clearly communicated. 
Parents/caregivers agree to: 
• Ensure children are dressed appropriately and bring required food, drink, and personal items 
• Disclose any relevant medical, behavioural, or learning needs 
• Follow all Workshop procedures and staff instructions 
• Collect children promptly at the advertised finish time (late pick-up fees may apply). Our duty of care applies only during advertised Workshop hours: 8:30am - 4:00pm. 
Artz On Show reserves the right to set and enforce all Workshop rules and procedures and may withdraw any participant whose behaviour is unsafe or significantly disruptive where reasonable attempts to support them have been made. 

 

MEDIA & GENERAL TERMS 

Group photographs or video footage may be taken for promotional and archival purposes including use on websites, social media, and printed materials. Please advise in writing prior to the Workshop if you do not consent to your child appearing in group media.
